Katz Hillel Day School of Boca Raton is a Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School whose mission is an ongoing commitment to excellence in providing each student with a synthesis of Jewish and general studies and striving for excellence in all areas.
We are proud to have grown to over 700 students from two years old through eighth grade with an outstanding faculty, strong administrative team, committed donors, and a new generation of board leadership. We will expand into a brand new building in January 2025.About our next Head of School:

We will ask you to:Provide executive leadership, mentoring an exceptional team to even greater heights, unifying a large organization, and helping to develop the administration to serve our expanded student body.Create clarity. In all matters, communicate with the right stakeholders for every decision-making process, act decisively, and ensure that follow-up is well-defined, consistent, completed, and widely communicated to increase understanding and morale.“Raise the bar.” Continually improve the student experience and professional mentorship for staff, advancing the mission of the school.Compensation & Application Process
First year compensation starts at $400,000; it will be generous and commensurate with experience. Benefits are extensive and include full medical for you and your family, match on 403(b) retirement plan contributions up to 5% of salary, voluntary long- and short-term disability, dental, vision, FSA, and more.
