In this role, you will ensure the end-to-end execution of business processes through enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Multifamily Business and Technology Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Manage day to day efforts to support the Business vision and strategic objectives.Collaborate with various teams within the Business and Technology on system enhancements and integration.Evaluate, manage, and report on risk of current assets, along with reviewing governance and controls routinely.Lead team review of system progress and reporting system performance to key stakeholders.Create an inclusive and productive environment and invest in the performance and development of the team.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experience6 years of relevant experienceMust have Multifamily experienceAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionInfluencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictAble to work with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goalSkilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsCollective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoringRelationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, vendors, and building relationship networksSkilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRSExperience using Microsoft AccessSkilled in SQLSkilled in ExcelDesired ExperienceExperience successfully managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionAbility to work with Multifamily Business teams, gather well-defined requirements and document related features such that the technical teams can build system functionalityRisk assessment and management skills including evaluating Multifamily Business and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating riskCollective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoringSkilled in Word and PowerPointExperience in Visio or like applicationFannie Mae is a flexible hybrid company.
