Then this position may be for you.Inkit is looking for a talented and hands-on Director of Product Design to oversee product design policies, objectives, and initiatives. This role requires a designer who excels at transforming customer pain points into innovative products and features.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX-driven SaaS product design, with a proven ability to create scalable, user-centric designs that bridge the gap between marketing and product development. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop new products and features that meet consumer needs.This is a hybrid role of strategy, leadership, and execution. The Director of Product Design will spearhead the overarching vision, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. In addition to long-term planning, this role will also execute strategies and designs, ensuring all products meet Inkit's standards of excellence. Your role gives you a unique opportunity to directly influence the future of Inkit products. 3+ years experience as a Design Director or UX Design Manager2+ years experience as a product designerHave 4-6+ years of experience shipping products and collaborating with developers3+ years leading a design teamDeep knowledge of UX research and appropriate application of methodologiesExpert knowledge of design systems, information architecture, and Material and iOS design languagesSolid understanding of user-centric design methods across the digital product design processPortfolio with strong case studies of leading successful product design and evolutionDesired Skills
