Job Description:Real Estate Technology Director – System Implementation and Project ManagementAs a Real Estate Technology Director you will be responsible for leading the implementation of strategically important and innovative workplace technology solutions to support our corporate real estate functions. This suite of solutions includes building systems along with associate facing and business specific applications. In this role you will provide strategic directions and leadership to multiple high profile implementations. This role demands good interpersonal and collaboration skills, validated ability to prioritize and lead work across multiple initiatives, and the capacity to distill critical information and present to a wide set of technical and business collaborators across levels of the organization.The TeamThe Real Estate Technology Director is part of the FREC’s TIG. The group is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and end-user training of multiple technology programs and across Fidelity’s corporate real estate functions.Our approach is customer-centric—everything we do focuses on delivering solutions that meet the needs of our customers at all levels. Our mission is to provide the spaces and places that allow associates and customers to thrive!The Expertise You HaveBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or other related subjects with proven experience leading sophisticated, multi-functional critical initiativesStrong organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking and presentation skillsDevelopment and executing of sophisticated, inter-dependent work plansAbility to support multiple ongoing initiatives and see them through to completionCustomer first, "Yes we can"" mentalityKnowledge of database concepts and understanding of structures and platforms required such as SnowflakeA passion for using data to drive better business decision-making.Ability to support multiple initiatives and react to changes in prioritization.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate and translate business needs into technical requirements and use cases.Ability to design business process workflows and comprehensive business cases.Demonstrated success with working on multi-functional initiatives that required tight-knit collaboration with both internal and external business partners.Ability to solve production related issues and engage with our Technology and Business partners to bring to resolution.Self-motivated individual to work independently and ability to work as a team.The Skills You BringLeadership:
