Our local client is a growing boutique organization providing personalized, top-notch services seeking a Hybrid Bookkeeper to assist. Salary is $50-$60k DOE

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• The Bookkeeper will manage AP by coding, obtaining approvals, and posting in Bill.com
• The Bookkeeper will assist with AR by coding reported expenses, compiling into preferred format and reconciling
• The Bookkeeper will ideally assist with simple and complex AR/Billing functions
• Ability to assist with or manage check/ACH run

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BOOKKEEPER:

• Must have experience with QuickBooks Online
• Full-cycle AP experience and AR experience
• This position will require strong communication skills to assist clients

Salary is $50-$60k DOE
