Job Details

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Metallurgist to join our dedicated team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our company's success by ensuring the highest quality of our metal products. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the production process, from initial testing and analysis to the final stages of production. They will work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards and exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

As a Metallurgist, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting thorough metallurgical analysis of our products to ensure their quality and integrity.
2. Implementing and overseeing testing procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
3. Working with aluminum and other metals, utilizing extrusion and other techniques to create high-quality products.
4. Collaborating closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure that our products meet their needs.
5. Working with our production team to optimize our manufacturing processes and improve the quality of our products.
6. Overseeing the heat treatment process to ensure that our products are durable and meet the highest standards.
7. Regularly reviewing and updating our quality control procedures to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Metallurgist position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in metallurgical analysis, testing, and quality control.
2. Extensive experience working with aluminum, including experience with extrusion techniques.
3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and production teams.
4. A strong understanding of heat treatment processes and their impact on the quality and durability of metal products.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. A Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related field.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. A proven track record of improving product quality through effective testing and quality control procedures.
