This organization has been in business for over 100 years and has been extremely successful and stable with continued year-over-year growth. Our professional services client is looking for a collaborative and hands on Director of Finance to join the senior leadership team. This role can lead to a promotional path to CFO.

Overview of the Director of Finance role:

• Collaborates with practice area leaders and personnel
• Coordinates annual audit and tax preparation
• Manages budget preparation, review, input, and analysis
• Prepares monthly reports for internal meetings and leadership
• Oversees monthly general ledger reconciliations
• Organizes quarterly budget meetings
• Updates financial and operational spreadsheets
• Supervises accounts payable and expense reporting processes

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Finance:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA a plus
• Professional services or public accounting experience a plus
• 10+ years of experience in an accounting or finance related function
• 3+ years of supervisory experience

Salary and Benefits

• Base Pay of $170,000 to $190,000
• In office role in Downtown Cleveland
• Bonus eligibility
