MAINTENANCE TEHCNITIANS NEEDED FOR OIL AND GAS COMPANY IN FW!
Job Title: Porter
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5am - 3:30pm; Once hired on you will work every other Saturday
Location: Fort Worth, 76108
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform maintenance and repairs for turning CNC machines, welding machines, and tools.
JOB DUTIES:
Perform preventive maintenance based on schedule on the turning CNC machines, milling CNC machines, welding machines.
Performing tools inspection on grinding/buffing tools, impact wrench, crimping tools to ensure good conditions, fill up the check list and repair if necessary.
Perform maintenance & repair based on request from other department to be carried out on assigned equipment or machines.
Perform documentation and report on maintenance or repair that have been done including type of repair taken & parts replacement.
Comply with all occupational health, safety, and environmental rules, guidelines, standards, procedures, best practices, policies and regulations of the company and the government.
Safely use industrial rigging equipment and overhead cranes to load/unload part heavy materials on maintenance/repair work.
Keep equipment and work area clean and tidy (housekeeping/5S)
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for methods and procedures that contribute toward more efficient and economic on machines, equipment or tools
Qualification and experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the manufacturing related to maintenance and
equipment in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lifting to 50lbs and ability to stand/walk 10-12 hours shifts
- Criminal background check and drug screen will be conducted
- Favorable, verifiable work history
- Updated resume
- Comfortable working in areas that are usually noisy and dirty
