• Must pass a MIG Weld skills test
• Read & interpret blueprints
• Weld, cut, grind, and finish the product
• Must be able to read & understand a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
  unassisted.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  
• Will cross-train to perform other duties in the warehouse and on various production lines.

The minimum starting pay is $16.00 hourly; however, the actual starting pay will be based on your knowledge, ability, and experience
