Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled - (PTA)

Pay Rate: $1407.00 - $1622.00
Reputable SNF is looking for a highly motivated and energetic therapist to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment
Required QualificationsLicense and SNF experience are required.
all are in Indiana with a 30 hour per week minimum guarantee of hours when the provider is working; max work week of 40 hours-overtime is not approved; and Mon-Fri schedule unless otherwise noted.
Previous SNF/LTC experience is greatly preferred and any familiarity with either Net Health Therapy or Matrix EMR (we will be transitioning to Innova starting 10/1) along with using iPads for documentation/treating is a plus.
Preferred QualificationsTravel experience is preferred
