- Own essential accounting functions like accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
- Manage 1099s, utilities, and building permits, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closings, making sure everything is accurate and compliant.
- Perform data entry, maintain organized financial records, and handle file management.
- Work closely with various teams to optimize processes and maintain efficient workflows.
- QuickBooks experience? A huge advantage!
- Solid skills in Excel (pivot tables & V-lookups)
- General accounting experience that will help you hit the ground running.
