Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As a Consulting Contractor Hydrocarbon Assistant Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of hydrocarbon production and distribution schedules.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of hydrocarbons.
- Managing purchase requisitions and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitoring hydrocarbon inventories and making recommendations for replenishment as necessary.
- Working closely with the Hydrocarbon Scheduler to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
- Participating in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Providing regular reports on scheduling activities, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy industry, preferably in a scheduling or logistics role.
- Demonstrated experience with purchase requisitions and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
