Salary: $170,000 - $195,000 per year

Are you a seasoned litigator with a passion for justice and a sharp eye for strategy? If you’ve got over 8 years of trial experience and a solid track record in third party insurance defense, we have an opportunity that could redefine your career!
This is more than just a job—this is a chance to step into a first-chair role with a heavy focus on General Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Auto Claims, and Toxic Tort cases. You'll be working closely with a Managing Attorney who’s as dedicated to success as they are to maintaining a kind, supportive work culture with a genuine focus on work/life balance.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on liability law.
- Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload in a remote setting.
- Strong background with General Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Auto Claims, Toxic Tort
Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters.
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex liability issues.
- Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes in a manner that is favorable to our clients.
- Conducting thorough and detailed research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
