Salary: $170,000 - $195,000 per year

Are you a seasoned litigator with a passion for justice and a sharp eye for strategy? If you’ve got over 8 years of trial experience and a solid track record in third party insurance defense, we have an opportunity that could redefine your career!

This is more than just a job—this is a chance to step into a first-chair role with a heavy focus on General Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Auto Claims, and Toxic Tort cases. You'll be working closely with a Managing Attorney who’s as dedicated to success as they are to maintaining a kind, supportive work culture with a genuine focus on work/life balance.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on liability law.
3. Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and advocacy skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload in a remote setting.
5. Strong background with General Liability, Product Liability, Commercial Auto Claims, Toxic Tort

Responsibilities:

1. Representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters.
2. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex liability issues.
3. Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes in a manner that is favorable to our clients.
4. Conducting thorough and detailed research to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
