About the jobWe seek an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Property Manager and bookkeeper in keeping the front office stocked and organized. The assistant will also work with vendors and tenants to assist in maintaining properties and files and effectively managing assigned properties.Small office, 3 employeesDowntown BurlingamePart-time Monday Thursday, 9:00 a.m. 3:00 P.m. with flexibilitySalary and benefits commentary w/experience $25.00 per hourResponsibilitiesConduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures,Answer Phones & FilingSupport BookkeeperAssist Property Manager in the general administration of properties,generating reports, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and other projects.Schedule and coordinate inspections.Monitor reportsResponsible for routing customer requests.Maintain tenant and vendor databases.Other duties as assigned.Administrative QualificationsExecute professional-level customer service and multitask effectively.Excellent communication, verbal and written.Organizational skills and Ability to multi-taskGood analytical skillsStrong computer skills, and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookUpdate required reports, and information to the Manager.Organize files, reports, leases, and paperwork.Accept service requests from tenants and schedule with maintenance for prompt processing.minimum of 3 years of experience assisting in property management / Real Estateideally have experience in Yardi and preparing leases with/ AIR
