Financial Analyst

Our client is a leading provider of natural gas services across Texas known for their commitment to excellence, customer service, and environmental stewardship.As part of their expansion, we are seeking a Finance Analyst for their Denver office.Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Building financial models in Microsoft ExcelConducting scenario analysis based on various inputs and assumptionsForecasting levered and unlevered cash flowsValuations based on DCF analysis, EBITDA multiples, etc.Corporate development support to include VDR management and presentations to the boardof directorsForecasting system volumes from producer drill schedules and type curvesForecasting short and long-term revenues based on volume assumptionsForecasting long-term opex, G&A, and capex based on scenariosAdditional modeling support as neededManage the day-to-day workflow as well as possess confidence and strong communication skills to interface with all levels of staffSome after-hours availability via email or mobile phone may be requiredSkills:Demonstrates excellent leadership and professional presence with a confident andapproachable personalityHandles details, access to information and conversations of a highly sensitive nature in strictconfidenceProactively responds to a wide variety of requests with expeditious action and with a positive,consultative approachDetail orientedExperience:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financeMinimum three years of accounting and/or finance experienceExcellent oral and written communication
