JOB SUMMARY

This position is in the Process Assurance group. Responsibilities will include developing processes, tools, key metrics, and dashboards to monitor the end-to-end Work Order Life cycle. This position will also be expected to perform analysis and communicate with both internal/external stakeholders regarding their work management needs.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and report on work management metrics/dashboards to ensure system benefits are realized and performance standards are met.Perform analysis on work management data and develop professional quality reports and presentations of results and recommendations.Persuasively communicate insights, conclusions and provide briefings to client and upper management as requested.Grant access to work management systems.Support the adoption and utilization of work management tools and systems.Build upon existing or establish new relationships and key partnerships with an assigned customer base within Power Delivery Operations.Maintain and support the Power Delivery Management Model.Educate client base on Process Assurance services.Demonstrate quantitative skills and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.Demonstrate knowledge of work management systems (Maximo & Click)Must be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and operate in a highly visible and rapidly changing work environment.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum education required of the position

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience.Desired:

Master's Degree.Minimum experience required of the position

Analyst II: 2-4 years of professional experience.Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience.Analyst Sr.: 6 years of professional experience.Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
