In this role, you will work as a strategic consultant to FedEx business domains, serving as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and pushing business leaders to identify out-of-the-box opportunities that drive progress within the P&L. You will play a vital role in defining and advancing the organization's strategies and initiatives to deliver value, ensuring that the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions and influence business decisions using a fact-based approach, take new ideas from concept to execution, and communicate with key stakeholders.
Essential Functions
Expert knowledge and ability to provide subject matter expertise on FedEx operational networks including but not limited to: Specific areas are Airline, Surface (Linehaul, Dock, Freight, Pickup & Delivery, Safety and Surface Operations), Network 2.0, Data and Technology, Service Excellence, Commercial, Global Clearance, Enterprise Excellence/Corporate Functions and Procurement.Knowledge of factors affecting FedEx domains and ability to perform fact-based data analysis.Ability to present new concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders and executives and gain feedback.Proven decision-making skills; ability to make and defend strategic decisions.Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring, and solving skills.Strong executive presence, human relations, networking, and influencing skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and oversee multiple initiatives from end-to-end (ideation through execution) to deliver maximum business outcomes.An entrepreneurial mindset: comfort moving forward with little guidance, ability to make strategic decisions and defend the decisions you make.Attention to detail: ability to develop accurate written materials.Action-oriented: able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Growth and flexibility mindset that can quickly adapt to change.Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Ten (10) or more years of experience in business operations, transportation, logistics, or related fields, with extensive leadership experience.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to be hybrid and to work at a FedEx office location.

Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay:
U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
