Job ID Number R3899 Employment Type Full time Worksite Flexibility Remote Job Summary As a Scrum Master , you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding our software development teams through the Scrum framework Job Description We are looking for a Scrum Master. This position will be full-time and remote. What You'll Do Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress. Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, including stakeholders and customers Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog Track and analyze team performance metrics, such as burndown charts, to ensure continuous improvement What You'll Need Required: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale projects Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
