Additional Information About the RoleBJC Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Board Eligible/Board Certified Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join our team at The Highlands of BJC Medical Group in St. Louis, Missouri. This role offers a unique opportunity to tailor your practice according to your interests and professional goals. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will enjoy a balanced workload with 36 patient contact hours per week, a supportive environment for speciality referrals, and minimal outpatient call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:Provided high-quality care to patients in an outpatient setting. Develop and manage your ideal practice setting, with the flexibility to include procedural work if desiredUtilize EPIC EMR for efficient and effective patient documentationCollaborate with a team of specialist and primary care providers including Advanced Practice ProvidersMaintain a patient-centric approach, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care. Compensation and Benefits:Competitive Compensation: Two-year guaranteed salary followed by a wRVU-based team modelBe as Busy as You Like: Full flexibility in patient load and practice styleResidency Stipend Available: $5,000/month paid up to 18 months prior to start date for residents and fellows.PTO & Holidays: 20 days of paid time off plus 6 holidays annually, and NO CALLCME Allowance: One week of CME time with $4,000 annual allowance for professional developmentStudent Loan Reimbursement: Up to $125,000 availableJoin us

Communicates with staff, patients, and families. ResponsibilitiesManages the medical care of assigned patients.Collaborates with patients, families, and members of the health care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.Performs and documents histories and physicals in the patient's medical record as required by hospital by-laws.Supervises and instructs medical students and residents assigned to service.
