Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 per year

Job Details

Position Summary: The CFO is responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, and tax functions of our bank. With direct control of our financial controls, reporting, financial analysis and modeling, and audit schedule. The CFO will provide leadership across their departments and will be a member of the executive planning team.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Develop fiscal guidelines, processes, and KPIs
  • Implement processes and manage department performance
  • Administer investment portfolio to maximize profitability and earnings
  • Work to minimize exposure and interest rate risk
  • Prepare quarterly ALCO reports
  • Stay up to date on economic forecasts and interest rates
  • Develop organizational financial strategy
  • Monitor financial performance
  • Prepare various financial reports
  • Manage internal audit
  • Manage tax strategy
  • Supervise accounting staff through departmental leadership
  • Continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA
  • Prior Banking Experience
  • Prior Executive leadership experience
  • Financial reporting expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Public Accounting experience
  • MBA
