Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Civil Litigation firm is looking for a seasoned attorney to join their growing team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 10+ years of experience as a defense attorney. If you have experience handling all aspects of a litigation file including expert depositions and trial, we want to hear from YOU! This team focuses primarily on Product Liability and Premises Liability so that experience is preferred, but not required. This is an in-person role and there is an element of travel as most of our cases are outside of the Orange County area and we seek to do depositions in person. Some weeks you'll be traveling 2-3 days locally and some weeks you might be traveling to other counties in Florida that require you to be present the entire time at the trial venue. That being said, there will be some weeks that don't require travel at all, and working from home is acceptable.

Requirements:

• 10 + years of experience as a Defense Attorney
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Solid Tenure
• Litigation and Trial experience is a must!
• Product Liability and Premises Liability is a bonus!
• They need someone who can take a case and run with it, with very little supervision.
