Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

We are a rapidly growing digital insurance agency connecting buyers, advisors, and carriers seamlessly.

We have an established and tenured team of Inside Sales Reps and Managers - we are looking for the person who will lead this 100+ person team. You will drive change across our organization, force-multiplying yourself as you develop reps into leaders and guide leaders into management. 7+ years of building, leading, promoting, and retaining an inside sales team
