**Must-Have:**- Completion of an Accredited RN First Assistant Course- Davinci Robotics Experience Required in Various Robotic Surgeries:- Urology- GYN- Colorectal- Surgical Oncology (e.g., Whipple procedures, gastrectomies, hernias)- Thoracic- General Surgery (e.g., gall bladders, appendectomies)
**Job Description:**
- Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure safe operations with optimal patient outcomes.- Practice perioperative nursing with a focus on the RNFA role, acquiring necessary knowledge, skills, and judgment for clinical practice in the operating room.- Perform duties as an OR staff RN when not assigned to the RNFA role.- Participate in evening call and rotating holiday requirements as needed.- Proficient in perioperative nursing practice with preferred scrubbing and circulating experience.
