Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strategic focus and momentum, is seeking a lawyer for their Dallas office. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of managed care litigation experience at a large or specialized firm, including experience litigating reimbursement disputes between healthcare providers and payors arising from in-network contractual relationships. Provider side representation and an active interest in managed care litigation work is required. The candidate must possess strong analytical, writing, organization, and communication skills, and be comfortable interacting directly with clients and providing legal counseling and advice. Candidates with significantly more experience who are not seeking progression to partnership will also be considered. The candidate should be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
