About the Opportunity:
In this role you will project manage multiple marketing workstreams (primarily video and website), help drive regional campaigns, operationalize internal and external processes, and most importantly, be resourceful in getting things made at a high creative standard. You will work with internal and external partners across departments on multiple projects at any one time. You are naturally organized, thrive in chaos, and are passionate about storytelling, video, and design.Role responsibilities include:Initiate, drive, and project manage global and regional marketing projects leveraging full marketing skills (i.e., content strategy, digital marketing, website, video) in support and collaboration with CMO and Director of MarketingProject manage and drive website projects; coordinating across content/copy, UI/UX, and web development for a constantly evolving website (e.g., landing pages for country and product launches)Project manage and drive video projects including coordinating script writing, sourcing vendors or freelancers, completing internal review cycles, and maintaining timelinesFinding solutions and options for getting ideas made - from finding the right partner, to figuring out the best internal process to get things done fast (e.g., product, legal, comms, privacy, finance)Partnering with all departments to help drive excitement, awareness, and growth for the Worldcoin projectWork with Regional Management and local marketing managers to be proactive in understanding local needs and helping to drive or support local marketing initiativesDevelop (and contribute to) a deep understanding the brand, and the thinking, work, and actions that will help elevate the brand in everything we doOccasionally creating and developing decks that help push the brand ethos throughout the entire organizationAbout You:
4-7 years of experience in marketing project managementStrong communication, project management, and interpersonal skillsManaging website design and development cyclesVideo production and vendor management (e.g., animators, production freelancers, etc.)Light copywriting experience for website, materials, and advertisementsVideo editing or animation skills are a bonusKnowledge of the Web3/cryptocurrency industry is a bonus but not mandatoryWhat we offer:
