LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1777)

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate for their Boston office with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts, particularly in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, experience drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, managing large-scale document reviews, taking and defending depositions, and attending court conferences and hearings. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
