Evolent Health is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management to be a key member of the Product Management leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in executing Evolent Health’s mission by defining market requirements and packaging the features into product releases.

You will be working with Evolent's international team and will be required to have working hours of 9am-5pm Central.Serve as a strategic visionary for Product domains within the Data and Reporting PortfolioIntegrate and align business, market, and key enterprise strategies to decisively and actionably define system/platform driven solutionsDefine high level solutions of how to solve business needs through use of people, process, technology and building roadmaps objectives and delivery timeframesFacilitate and align business and market needs to create cohesive solutionsProvide direction and oversight to BAs through business domains, guide Scrum Product Owners within Engineering to execute the work, and work closely with Engineering Leaders to execute on solutionsSupport direct reports in their career development, day to day activities, and execution of Agile methodologiesAnalyze the competitive landscapeProvide input into the product portfolio roadmapAssist with assessment of third-party vendors for partnership opportunitiesMonitor and incorporate industry innovationsDevelop business requirements using industry standard analysis (i.e., data flow modeling, use case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling)Provide specialized technical and business knowledge to application development and enhancement projectsWork with Business stakeholder groups and Engineering Technical leads to ensure all software is built to the desired functional specificationsKey participant in user acceptance testing (externally and internally) and systems sign-offExceptional communicator with the ability to coordinate and build strong teamwork across domain level product, engineering, and stakeholder groupsAbility to synthesize technical communications for executive level presentations and delivery through Executive Level Roadmap Steering Committee forumsCompetencies in disseminating product vision and strategy across teamsRequired and Preferred Experience:

Bachelor's Degree requiredFamiliarity with agile scrum methodologiesExperience defining and documenting business processes and rules7 or more years of experience in healthcare information technology3 or more years of experience in Product Management, Data Science, or Analytics with a focus on technologyMandatory healthcare market experience in some combination of Provider, Payer or specialty care organizationsStrong analytical and research skillsMicrosoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Visio)Prior experience with the application of FHIR standards to healthcare industry use cases preferredPrior experience with system architecture, data, API management in healthcare industry preferredPrior experience with Power BI or other self-service reporting tool is preferredProven ability to divide personal perspectives from process management ensuring information-based outcomes is preferredTrack record of cross-functional performance in delivery of requirements analysis activities, i.e. interfacing with marketing, finance, operations, etc. is preferredProven track record in establishing strong relationships with clients and vendors is preferredProven ability to develop a product from initial research to produce market competitive, scalable and high-quality offerings is preferredIntense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view old problems with a fresh perspective is preferredExcellent written and oral communication skills is preferredPreferable experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Road mappingTechnical Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
