With elegant lines and sweeping ocean views, our spectacular yacht is home to 95 expansive suites and guest rooms, alongside a world-class choice of dining, wellness, and entertainment. It delivers numerous industry firsts to the yacht category — including the largest accommodations in the class, virtually endless ways to connect and configure suites, and Four Seasons unparalleled hospitality extended across the world’s oceans for the very first time.

The Four Seasons Yacht I boasts 679 ft. in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio.

Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

Eleven onboard restaurant and lounge locations celebrate Four Seasons history of culinary innovation and attention to guest preferences. From classic Mediterranean to comfort food favorites, enjoy dining al fresco, indoors, or in the comfort of your suite’s terrace deck.

About this role:

The Director of Food and Beverage forms part of the Planning Committee, who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the FS Yacht.

The Director of Food & Beverage manages the Food & Beverage operations onboard which includes all restaurants, bars, & lounges, in suite dining, stewarding and crew dining areas.

What you will do:

This position's primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of food quality and service and to lead, mentor and develop their teams through start with the heart leadership. The Director of Food and Beverage will work closely with the Yacht General Manager to create and implement innovative culinary concepts, manage budgets, and maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene.

What you bring:

A Hospitality Management Degree is preferred, however not mandatory, with relevant experience in Leadership Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or diplomas in culinary arts, food and beverage management, wine certification, or related areas are considered ideal.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, yacht or luxury cruise line operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Must have exceptional communication skills and command of English language. Must be fully versed with food & beverage operational systems.

Schedule & Hours:

Ideally candidate will hold valid US Work Authorization to be able to work in a Hybrid model, initially in the Miami Corporate Yacht office. This role then transitions to the shipyard in Ancona, Italy to launch the Yacht and will live and work onboard for extended periods of time.
