Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Tax Director to join our fast-paced finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to take the lead in managing our company's tax strategies and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's tax operations, including corporate and international tax, strategic planning, and risk management. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on our company's financial success, while also providing opportunities for personal growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of effective tax strategies to support the company's financial objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all corporate and international tax operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic tax planning advice and guidance.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to conduct regular tax audits and reviews.
  5. Analyze changes in tax laws and regulations to assess their impact on the company's tax strategy and operations.
  6. Manage the preparation and submission of all tax returns and reports.
  7. Provide tax expertise to other departments within the company, as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior tax role in the finance industry, with a focus on corporate and international tax.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
  3. Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations, both domestic and international.
  4. Proven experience in strategic tax planning and risk management.
  5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of tax professionals.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax information to non-tax professionals.
