This full-time position will be responsible for safely driving Maola's commercial motor vehicle over an established route to sell and deliver our dairy products to local customers. The Route Sales Driver will work an average of 40 to 50 hours a week providing excellent customer service to our clientele, ensuring on time delivery of our products.

MDVA Milk Route Sales Driver is responsible for safely driving a commercial motor vehicle over established routes to deliver and sell dairy products.Stocks and rotates all products, providing excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $50,000-$58,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer retention and expand sales. Stock, rotate, and remove out of date, damaged, or unsellable product. Maintain a clean and fully stocked display area for each customer. Pick up all empty milk crates. Resolve discrepancies and minor customer issues, alerting management when necessary. Use a handheld computer to order products, calculate sales and track inventory daily. Comply with DOT regulations and company policy including required pre and post trip inspections, completing required paperwork daily. Maintain assigned truck in a neat and clean condition including inside cab and refrigerated box. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Customer Service or Sales Experience a plus Direct Store Delivery experience a plus Other Qualifications

Excellent motor vehicle report Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and physical abilities test Must be organized, detailed oriented, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must be able to frequently walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach, climb, and pull. Must be able to frequently lift milk case weighing up to 55 lbs. and push/pull stacks of milk weighing 250-300 lbs. using provided equipment.
