Our client is seeking an associate with 4+ years of employment law experience to join their team in Boston. The role involves handling all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, leave, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract matters. Additional responsibilities include providing everyday employment and HR-related counseling, drafting employment-related policies and agreements, and conducting investigations and trainings. Candidates must have a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
