The Sr Lead IT Systems Analyst partners with control owners as a second line of defense to validate that ITGC have been completed timely and with correct data to pass the control. Responsibilities include driving process improvements and participating in large-scale project testing for risks, gaps, and SOX controls.The Main ResponsibilitiesExtensive knowledge of SOX General IT Controls.Experience with understanding applications and infrastructure permissions.Maintain strong partnership with Internal Audit to ensure alignment and a positive working relationship.Maintain strong partnership with Control Owners.Track and organize SOX audits performed prior to IA and External.Test large-scale projects that are SOX impacting.Lead special projects as requested.Identify and document simplified processes for improvement, replacing heavy outdated processes where applicable.Help design and integrate new processes and provide training and assistance where needed.Lead reviews to ensure that processes meet changing PCAOB and business unit conditions.What We Look For in a CandidateStrong knowledge of IT SOX process controls, methodology, and procedures.Strong analytical thinking and ability to shift and review processes/data from various systems.Strong organizational and planning abilities.Ability to lead through process change management, with strong process design and documentation skills.Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship.Ability to effectively interact with internal IT Control Owners, SOX Internal Audit team, External Audit, and other internal and external support organizations while maintaining a high level of customer service.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to produce results, solve complex problems, and lead teams through matrix management in a challenging environment.Ability to drive resolution of complex problems under tight deadlines.EducationIdeal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, accounting, or other business discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience in IT SOX Audits, Internal audit, risk consulting, or external audit. CIA, CISA, and/or CPA is a plus.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges$111,480 - $148,630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, SD.$117,340 - $156,450 in these states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, MO, MT, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY.$123,210 - $164,280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI.$129,080 - $172,100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA.This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions are also eligible for long-term incentive.
