Come help build a world-class Engagement Marketing team for Adobe! We’re looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Engagement Marketing Expert who will oversee Creative Cloud Install Base Marketing Strategy and Activation.
This role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of all activation against our Creative Cloud base.
The person filing this role will play a pivotal role in facilitating the optimization and launch of our segmentation and personalization strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Install Base Profiling and Qualitative/Quantitative research with agency partner to define customer profiles, messaging hierarchy and media strategies.
Develop annual segmented Engagement Strategy to keep customers engaged and drive retention, increasing Lifetime Value and Customer Sentiment.
Maintain and optimize a learning agenda for customer insights.
Leverage data to drive personalized and contextual experiences to increase customer retention
Drive continuous improvement across critical metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, creative efficacy, and LTV
Develop reporting framework and collaborate with analytics to provide ongoing, regular cadence for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
Effectively partner across the organization: PMM, Growth, Go-to-Market and Product.
What You’ll Need:
BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years of Marketing Experience with a deep experience in CRM OR equivalent practical experience.
Experience in Engagement Marketing
Data-driven and analytical with strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data
Hands-on experience designing and implementing campaigns through an enterprise ESP
Deep understanding on how to enable behavioral, demographic and transactional data to drive personalization
A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools
Experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,200 — $245,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
