Perfect Audience is seeking a Chicago-based Account Manager ready to become a charter member of our customer success team. The customer success team is the "secret sauce" that makes Perfect Audience great for marketers.As an Account Manager, you will resolve complex marketing problems, answer detailed questions for some of the largest brands on the web, develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, and address their day to day needs. You will work with both internal and external parties to ensure that advertisers campaigns are performing at a high level and exceeding their marketing goals.If you REALLY like to get things done and want to join a group of accomplished, passionate people helping companies grow their business - and think it's important to help businesses find more efficient and effective ways to grow, then we want to talk to you. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, proactive, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team and who is be passionate about what she or he does.Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with Perfect Audience advertisers - understand their immediate and long term marketing goals.Day to day servicing of these advertisers, you’re the advertisers key liaison to Perfect Audience.Help direct clients to correct solution for their marketing needs with the Perfect Audience platform and products. Act as an extension of their marketing team.Collaborate with adops to ensure campaign performance and implementation times that exceed advertisers goals.Lead setup and implementation from sale to campaign launch.Design successful campaign strategies based on best practices and teach those strategies to clients through webinars and other mediums.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:College Graduate1-2 years experience in client services environmentStrong understanding of internet technologies and a demonstrated capacity to learnAbility to actively drive problems to resolutionSound decision making and critical thinking skillsExpert organization and prioritization skillsStrong people skills to interact with clients, management, and peers.The ability to contribute to a team environment with a high degree of professionalism and skill.Major Plus if you have:3-5 years of experience in a client services environmentUnderstanding of the online advertising industry (Facebook Marketplace Ads, Paid Search, SEO, Ad Exchanges, etc.)Strong statistical/math backgroundExperience using CRM products (we use SalesForce)Fluency in another language (as well as English)
