Job Details:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Scaffolding industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about scaffolding, safety , eager to lead, and ready to take on challenging projects. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of scaffolding projects.
2. Coordinating and supervising construction workers ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
3. Overseeing the procurement and maintenance of materials and equipment, including scaffolding, hoisting, and shoring.
4. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
5. Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
6. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
7. Resolving any issues or delays that may affect the project timeline or budget.
8. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Project Manager role should possess the following qualifications:

1. Experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry.
2. Proven experience with scaffolding, hoisting, and shoring.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
