Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our prestigious legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to handle complex commercial litigation matters on a national scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract law, a passion for litigation, and the ability to provide strategic counsel and representation in high-stakes disputes. You will be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial disputes, from inception through trial, and will be expected to provide exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

1. Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial investigations, discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, trial, and appeal.
2. Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve client objectives.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and agreements.
4. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks.
5. Coordinate with expert witnesses and other professionals in the preparation of cases.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in accordance with the rules of professional conduct.
7. Manage relationships with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.
8. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation practice.
9. Participate in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on contract law.
4. Exceptional litigation skills, including experience in trial advocacy, deposition taking, and motion practice.
5. Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
6. Strong legal research and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
9. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in commercial disputes.
10. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical behavior.
