Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

We are a general contractor building across all industries from Multi-Family, Municipal, Religious, Education, Healthcare, Senior Living, Historic Renovation, etc., and projects ranging from $10M up to $100M.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage relationships and communication flow with clients, design professionals, and specialty trade partners
• Contribute to project teams, working alongside both internal and external stakeholders
• Create and manage construction budgets including prime contract, subcontracts and change orders
• Effectively write scopes of work for subcontracts and manage submittal procurement ahead of project schedule
• Conduct OAC progress meetings at project sites throughout construction
• Prepare timely draw requests
• Offer input to project schedules based off experience and foresight
• Integrate shared personal experience with Straub’s processes and culture

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial general contracting, and a Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project and Outlook required.

Prior experience as a Superintendent is a plus!
