Koniag Government Services (KGS) is looking for an experienced Senior O365/SharePoint Admin & Developer to support KGS and its wholly owned subsidiaries in Chantilly, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Responsible for day-to-day operations support and management of multiple SharePoint online sitesSupport, configure, and develop SharePoint environments, which include company's main intranet portal, Teams sites, and any other program related sites.Develop best practices and input on operational guidelines.Define strategy and technical approach for meeting product performance, reliability, scalability, and security goals.Regularly review, clean-up, management and configuration of orphaned sites/users, external users, etc.Manage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practice regarding privacy and security.Experience with backup solutions for SharePoint Online sites, including migrating sites using ShareGateDevelop SharePoint training materials and provide training to users with varying levels of skills.Support existing O365 applications.Transform business requirements into applications on O365.Microsoft Power Platform support and developmentMicrosoft Power Automate workflow development to build and automate processes.Microsoft PowerApps development, building stand-alone and SharePoint connected apps.Integrating 3rd party solutions into O365 via power platform.Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with users, stakeholders, and customersKnowledge, Skills & Ability:

5 -7 + years of SharePoint experienceExtensive experience with O365Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of SharePoint toolsSuperb collaboration, interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree preferred.

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position, and has a low to moderate noise level. The incumbent must stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
