Please do not apply here, apply internally through Workday.If you are NOT a current employee or student, please click "Apply" and complete the application process for external applicants.JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:The Senior Administrative Coordinator for Penn State Fullers Overlook will be responsible for the day-to-day activities at the property and be the first point of contact for inquiries about the use of the site. The administrative coordinator will also be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions and event planning, including but not limited to reconciling expenses, booking transportation, and ordering meals. The successful candidate may supervise part-time staff and student employees and will provide assistance to the Director as needed.Primary responsibilities include:Serve as first point of contact for Fullers Overlook; answer phone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors, and provide orientations of the property.Process financial transactions such as reconciling expenses in SAP Concur (PSU Financial system), placing orders for supplies and equipment, monitoring/maintaining budgets, and processing bill payments.Program and event support; maintain calendar(s), reserve transportation, order and pick up meals for events, and book accommodations for guests as needed.Supervise part-time staff and student employees.Provide general administrative support for the Director.Education and experience:Minimally requires an Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The Pennsylvania State University is committed to and accountable for advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability in all of its forms.
