Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your insights can directly impact business outcomes?__Adecco’s client is seeking a_ **_Healthcare Data Analyst_** _to join their team in_ **_Eden Prairie, MN._****_Why work with Adecco:_**+ **_Pay is $_** **_65.55/HR._**+ **_Benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k._**+ **_Hybrid – enjoy the perks of both environments._****_What you’ll do:_**• **Refine and Maintain Processes:** Continuously enhance and manage our proprietary operations dialer loading process to ensure optimal functionality and compliance.• **Client Intake Management:** Handle client intake requests efficiently, integrating them into ad-hoc requests for seamless operations.• **Campaign Development:** Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new capabilities that incorporate targeted campaigns, driving engagement and results.• **Reporting and Data Analysis:** Establish processes to report model outputs, track historical data, and provide insightful ad-hoc analysis to address both short-term and long-term business concerns.• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams to incorporate model outputs into downstream processes, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.• **Quality Control and Documentation:** Control the quality of workflow, documenting processes for clarity and consistency.• **Performance Optimization:** Enhance the accuracy of model outputs to optimize operational performance, meeting financial targets and client expectations.**_Qualifications:_**· **_Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field._**· **_Proven experience in data analysis, application development, or operations management._**· **_Strong understanding of dialer systems and operational processes._**· **_Proficient in data reporting tools and techniques, with excellent analytical skills._**· Experience in developing and managing projects, with a keen attention to detail.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.· **_Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial metrics is a plus._****_Note:_****_This role is HYBRID in Eden Prairie, MN.
