Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries as a result of car accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death.
  • Conducting thorough case investigations to determine the validity of a client's claim.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve their case before trial.
  • Litigating cases in court when a settlement cannot be reached, including presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and arguing on behalf of your client.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Proven track record of successfully representing clients in cases related to car accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
  • Strong litigation skills, including the ability to present compelling arguments in court.
