Title: Android Software Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA (1st preference Hybrid in 75 mils radius in San Diego, CA/ 2nd preference PST time)
Duration: 1.5 Years

Hybrid, mostly remote, with occasional on-site visits a couple of times per quarter and looking for the candidates in 75 miles radius in San Diego, CA

Description:

• Android developer
• Kotlin, Multi threading, API development on mobile applications, Persistence on Mobile Applications, Android OS knowledge, 3- 5 yrs of experience in Kotlin, Agile Experience
• Medical industry experience is a plus
• SDK development is a plus
• This is a Fast Paced team
• Developer needs to be a Self starter
• Strong communication skills necessary
• Ability to learn diverse domains in app development.
• Excellent Object oriented programming skills
• San Diego local is preferred within 75 miles, PST timezone is must
• Relevant Bachelors degree (Computer science or Engineering is preferred)

Purpose of this Role and Key Requirements / Day to Day life:

• This position is for Android application and mobile app development.
• We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in app development, particularly in Kotlin for backend development.
• The candidate should have beginner to intermediate knowledge of multithreading and some experience with Room Database.
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Engineering, or Math is required.
• We are seeking candidates located near San Diego, within 75 miles, or in the PST time zone.
• Good communication skills and a basic understanding of processes are essential.
• If the candidate is local within 75 miles, there may be projects that require them to come into the office when the team is collaborating on high-paced projects nearing completion, where all team members need to work together.
• We are primarily looking for candidates on the West Coast. Most of the team is working remotely.
