Subscriber Services Customer Support Coordinator

seeks a tech-savvy, motivated professional to support all our multimedia products.

This is an hourly support position in the office Monday through Friday. Digital Media is the future. We are looking for a technical support professional prepared to excel and move to the digital future with us!

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of Android, IOS, and Windows operation systems

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to learn US Postal software as well as internal customer support software systems

High School diploma or equivalent
