Job Summary: The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology strategies, operations, and resources. This role involves leading the IT department, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.

Supervises: Implementation Engineer, IT Help Desk Lead, Network Engineer, Systems Administrator

Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, help desk staff, and other specialistsRecruit, hire, and onboard new IT staffProvide mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team membersConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedbackManage work schedules and approve time off requestsAddress disciplinary issues and performance concernsFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT departmentDelegate responsibilities and establish clear goals and expectations for team members and projectsDuties/ Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies aligned with organizational objectivesOversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all IT systemsManage IT budgets, vendors, and contractsEnsure IT security and compliance with relevant regulations and standardsLead IT projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and implementationsAnalyze business requirements and recommend technology solutionsEstablish IT best practices, standards, and governanceCollaborate with other department heads to identify and implement IT solutionsStay informed about emerging technologies and industry trendsDevelop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plansExperience/Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;7+ years of experience in IT roles, including at least 3 years in a management positionRelevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are is preferredRequired Skills/Abilities

Strong leadership and team management skillsExtensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and industry best practicesStrategic thinking and ability to align IT with business objectivesExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsStrong financial management and budgeting abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersChange management and organizational skillsRisk management and analytical thinkingPhysical, Mental Demands/Working Environment

Physical Requirements: Light work - exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally (up to 33% of the time). Requires the ability to work designated shift lengths (including 8 and 12 hours).Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing, bending and moving.Benefits:
