About the JobAs the Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and forecasting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to the long-term success or the organization.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management reports, variance and trend analyses, and financial review documents.Develop complex financial modeling, proformas and other analysis in excel with attention to detail.Partner with Operations to prepare financial forecast and forward looking/predictive metrics.Responsible for inventory AP, reconciliations, accuracy, and reporting.Responsible for monthly inventory cycle count and inventory adjustment review.Partner with Accounting/Finance team to provide support during monthly closing process.Communicate effectively across the organization to explain results, highlight opportunities and risk to management.Identify opportunities and propose new solutions to improve business performance.Assist with audit and tax reporting.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting1+ years of experience in finance or accountingAdvanced Excel skills.Excellent communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities#LI-TK1
