Customer Service Coordinator

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

4-year degree preferred

Payroll experience a plus however role is more of a customer service/data entry role

Description:

Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries

Support internal and external customer service

Review weekly time and attendance records

Enter timecard adjustments

Facilitate garnishment process with vendor

Enter and upload payroll data for processing

Review payroll data for accuracy

Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes

Education & Experience:

4-year degree preferred

Payroll experience a plus

Desired skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy

Appropriately recognize, classify, and protect confidential data

Well organized

Process and improvement mindset

Strong PC skills
