Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 per year

Seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactional and corporate matters, including:
° Starting, buying, selling a business
° Business financing and investing
° Mergers; dissolving
° Protect business secrets and IP
° Negotiate business contracts and general transactions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, CA Bar
- Please have 7-10+ years of Corporate/Transactional Law experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
