CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Respect resident privacy and always demonstrating exceptional customer service.· Strong work ethics and knowledge of CNA role in a skilled nursing environment.· Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks/responsibilities and complete duties/projects within allotted time.*Duties expected to perform*:* Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals* Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy* Receiving and escorting visitors* Orienting and mentoring new nursing assistants* Maintaining linens, supplies, and equipment* Responsible for acquiring all medication refills that are ordered by MD, and dispersing them to the different locations according to policy and procedure.* Assuring all medical documentation is in place for compliance and safety of patient care.* Making all outside appointments for patients as well as referrals for psychiatry and medical* Ensuring patients receive all scheduled and PRN medications.* Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.* Office/business operation skills* Communication and presentation skills* Excellent customer service and people skills (including one-on-one interaction and group environment)* Proven organization and attention to detail* Demonstrated computer skillsRequired license or certification:* Certified Nursing Assistant Certification* High School Diploma or GED* Valid First Aid and CPR Certification* Valid CO Driver’s LicenseJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRNPay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical Setting:* Long term careSupplemental Pay:* Differential payPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
