Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)2. A caring & loving personality and demeanor3. The ability to work your scheduled shift4. The ability to read, write & speak EnglishAs a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:1. Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents2. Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support3. Promptly responding to resident call lights4. Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments5. Following infection control procedures6.
