About AlphaBEST:

AlphaBEST is a leading provider of innovative before-school, after-school, and summer programs, dedicated to providing the most enriching and engaging out-of-school time programs for elementary students. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team and expand our reach in a multi-state region.

Responsibilities:

Attend conferences and other trade association events for networking and lead development purposes.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in school districts.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our programs to stakeholders.

Negotiate and close partnership agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program implementation.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales and business development in the K-12 market.

Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Proficiency in CRM software.

Ability to travel frequently.
